There's Me and There's the Voice
The water is calm and I begin to sink into myself, and then—the voice arrives.nIt speaks quickly and stirs the water, and I immediately float up, losing touch with the depths.nIt shouts and logically explains why things aren't right as they are, and that something must be done…nAnd me? I just want to go down, to the dark, deep place where I can hear every whisper of my heart.

"Okay, fine, I'll quickly do what needs to be done and finish with it. A few minutes of hard work and I'll finally be able to rest within myself."
Evening falls. I didn't finish, not even close. I didn't meet myself. I didn't really live today either. Maybe now, under the cover of night, I'll be able to meet myself…nEarly morning, after a few hours and countless posts, still without a drop of nourishment.nMaybe tomorrow.
