Two Perspectives and an Abyss Between Them
There are currently two main perspectives on the situation in Israel, with an abyss between them.nFrom one side's view, Bibi and his government are trying to save themselves at our expense, the citizens, so they are our enemies.nFrom the other side's view, Bibi and his government are trying to save us citizens and the country, and anyone who opposes them is interfering, thus making the opponents our enemies.

All the moving texts and speeches inspire and give hope and inspiration—but only to one side.nIt's like two dogs that are heated up and pushed into a state of violent ecstasy, and then the gate is opened and they're released to kill each other.

🇮🇱nWe are one people, one country.nWithin many of our families, there are people from "both sides."nIf we act from this gap between us, the belief that the other side threatens our survival—the outcome will be tragic.

🇮🇱nTo heal the rift—dialogue is essential.nFor dialogue to work—respect for the other side is necessary.nThis means accepting that each side holds truth, that no side possesses the absolute truth.

There is a gift in the perspective of "the other side," and when we truly understand the other side, able to look from their subjective point of view at the world—then something happens that feels like a miracle every time.
Hearts open, dots connect, and what previously seemed like unsolvable problems—resolves itself miraculously.nI'm not saying that suddenly everything will be rosy and care bears, but the stagnation will disappear and the path will open before us.nI have experienced this and seen it happen so many times.
