Summary of 2024 and Intentions for 2025
(Slightly delayed because I didn't have time until now)
10 Things That Happened in the Past Year:
- I learned with Nizan Spielmann about the possibility for humans not only to integrate with nature's harmony but also to enhance it.
- I learned from Alexandra Gendelman to surrender even more to life—the life that pulses within me and shows me the truth of each moment.
- I experienced a nice connection that couldn't materialize despite my mind saying that all the right conditions were in place for success. I also experienced a rich and deep connection that was born from "the truth of the moment," without warning signs, without thought or understanding. Something inside knew better than my head. It didn't lead to a romantic relationship, but to a very special and joyful friendship.
- I spent 4 months in Europe, where I encountered myself in a situation similar to one I was in 8 years ago, except then I felt lonely and broken, while this year I felt at home within myself. I also spent time with lots of cats 😻 and loved every moment!
- I studied "The Way to Voice Discovery" with Sarah Refaeli (and produced 2 of her conferences)—a spiritual path from the perspective of singing and music. I could say a lot about this special path and the wonderful people who follow it, but what comes to mind is gratitude especially for introducing me to this wonder called 'wonder.' What an innocent and magical gesture! It can heal the world by itself, and I'm just at the beginning of my journey with it.
- I spent 3 intense months with Naomi, my wonderful daughter, and far too many intense months without Naomi. (And now we're together again! In Bali 🌴, the place where she spent most of her life).
- I observed how meeting people connects me with myself. A possible explanation for this from the world of Human Design—all my channels are in the design and not in the personality, so when I'm by myself I'm a reflector, I discover who I am only through encounters. Lately, I've been really enjoying discovering who I am!
- Clients came to me requesting websites and songs that I write and then produce with the help of artificial intelligence—without me doing almost any marketing. Something opened up and clients started reaching out to me.
- I felt how searching for "what's good" in me and in my life creates comfort, heals me, brings me closer to myself, and drives a whole process of inner reorganization. It might sound abstract or exaggerated, but it really is experienced this way—disturbing thoughts automatically change to supportive thoughts, what surrounds me looks more beautiful and positive, and the experience of 'just being' becomes more pleasant.
- The month I spent in Israel before flying again was really difficult for me. I suddenly felt clearly how the environment I used to spend quite a lot of time in doesn't actually support me and even brings me down. I arrived with energy and joy for life and left like I did the previous time—relatively rigid and dimmed.
Intentions for the New Year:
- I live with my daughter Naomi, I provide for us comfortably, and I also have full and satisfying personal life.
- I feel that I've found my element. I feel there's a product-market fit between me and society, meaning I'm positioned in the right, harmonic way, where I express my unique genius in a way that society enjoys and benefits from it and asks for more, and I also enjoy and benefit and can continue endlessly because it's interesting and fulfilling for me.
- I have a physical place in the world that's mine, that I really love and that gives me inspiration and nourishment.
- I'm committed to the flow of life at a different level, more than I've ever experienced. I trust myself and life to provide my needs even before I ask. I allow life to happen and enjoy watching it unfold. This movement increases my lightness and playfulness, and the experience of life becomes more juicy and rich.
- My creative work shifts into higher gear. With my commitment to life, my need to worry about my well-being decreases, and space opens up for increased action. This work helps many people identify their heart's path and choose to walk it.
- I find a wonderful balance between various activities and rest times; surprisingly, I find more time to relax and enjoy now while my productivity has also increased.
- I allow myself to engage with and enjoy the physical layer of life, thanks to recognizing and accepting the transience of life and the unique, one-time gift they offer to the being that I am.
- I manage a variety of process-oriented projects, in collaboration with people with whom I have a deep connection and trust. We accomplish and receive great satisfaction from it.
- A new relationship develops—patient, mature, magical, and deep. Inside stable as a rock and outside free as a butterfly. It feels natural, brings inspiration, opens the heart, is fun and empowering.
- The feeling is that every moment of mine is precise. I am happy and complete with every moment—whether I'm resting or active, whether I'm alone or in company, whether my environment is luxurious or simple—it happens in wholeness and joy.
And let's say amen ❤️🥰
If there's a point you connected with especially, I'd love to hear which one and what it brought up for you.
Also worth reading about dealing with fears and self-abandonment, a topic that affects everything we do and plan in our lives.
